Yep, today it did. Toasty warm, sunscreen (except for me...whoops), lots of water. The kids were in their glory. What a fun treat.
And, I must say, I'm okay with the 60s that they say it's going to be for the next few days. It's May, after all.
Oh, and you can't tell by looking at these pictures, but it smells AMAZING out there...lilacs, apple blossoms...yum.

Mostly I wonder who in the world that BIG kid is in the orange?! What the?!
I know, right? He's such a big boy! And I love that one of Jack because that's so this age! Dump water from one thing to another to another. :)
What Amy said! Matty is getting so big! I'm so glad he still has hugs for me now and again! Was it not supers windy there? Honestly, if I had a pool that size with water in it over here yesterday, the wind would've blown all the water out. No lie- our water fountains were both dried up before I even woke up. I refilled them just to see how long it took for the wind to blow away all the water- 20 minutes.
ahhh chooo!!!
beautiful! I'm glad you're having such wonderful weather. :)
I was loving that summer feel...and smelling my sunscreen again.
hey...the word verification is capecori--cute!
Laura it was windy, but the wind was coming from the south, so the house blocked most of it. And that pool is HEAVY with water in it, it would take a tornado to move it. :)
We went to the lake yesterday, the water was probably in the fourties and Jenna was splashing in and out, and pouring buckets of water over her head. Maybe next time we'll remember to bring her suit and my camera! :)
That hot summery wind was awesome! I didn't even think about a kiddie pool- I'll have to get ours out. Me and Ethan will fight over who gets it first.
I agree, both your boys are growing so tall. :)
