What can I do with stewed tomatoes? I accidently bought them and now I want use them. Any good recipes suggestions?

I don't ever used stewed tomatoes. But you could puree them into tomato sauce.
try and put them in chili. :)_
I use them in chili but you could also make goulash. That's just hamburger, macaroni noodles, stewed tomatoes and tomatoe soup. You could also just cook the stewed tomatoes, add a little milk and bread chunks and eat it as a soup. My mom made that a lot.

Goulash with spicy sausage,not hamburger!
I know it sounds 'weird' but I LOVE Stewed Tomatoes and Hotdogs over Jasmine rice! I often make mine with Smoked Sausage instead of natural casing hotdogs. You make a sauce with the tomatoes and basil and garlic...etc... (Recipe is on my mom's blog, if you haven't seen it...)
