- I am many people. I am the loving wife to Cory (the captain). I am the proud momma to Cole, Matthew (Matty), and Jack, and now...a daughter, Clara. My kids are my life. I am a Realtor, living the dream of being able to work from home so I can raise my kids. These things are important to me: my faith, my family, my world, my friends. I believe in surrounding myself with good people. I believe in good energy and teaching my kids to love. I believe that we all want the same basic things in life, although we sometimes think the road to them is different. I'm not positive you meant me, but it made me cry anyway. Everytime I go into the baby's room, I pick up the frame and read it, but it's been a few days, and I needed those words today! So thank you!

thank you for your blog quote! It wasn't meant for me, but it really hit the mark. We found out that Travis needs surgery today. So... it was perfect for my thoughts and feelings right now.
Sorry Laura and Leanne but at this time my blog is only for my children. I don't think anyone else would find it too interesting but it is a way to keep my kids that are spread all over the country somewhat informed about what is happening at home. I do feel somewhat guilty reading everyone elses when they can't read mine. Love, Aunt Karen
Karen - don't feel guilty. That's a decision we all have to make! Thanks for commenting here - I love hearing from you! I was telling my mom that it's so nice and that I really don't know my aunts. She said "oh, once you get to know them, they're all pretty nice." As if I didn't know, right? :) You're all cut from the same cloth and it's no secret that my mom is about as amazing as they come! Laura, don't know why: But I'm totally thinking about you. Honest. I saw this and I figured you must have something going on in your life. If it's not good, I hope it gets better. If it is good, I hope it stays that way. And, no, I'm not trying to weasel information from you. I actually read this post yesterday, but you keep popping into my thoughts today. I've heard before that if someone you know just randomly pops into your head, there is probably a reason for it. So my thoughts are with you.
